Roxana is in charge of coordinating social responsibility projects for ING Bank Romania. She has experience in corporate social responsibility from multiple perspectives – as an editor of the online platform responsabilitatesociala.ro, where she started writing news, case studies and editorials on CSR back when this field was just starting to develop in Romania. Soon after, she focused on philanthropy, by coordinating educational projects within the Dinu Patriciu Foundation. Her first experience with CSR from a company’s point of view started inside the sustainability department of Petrom.
