Rafaela Nebreda graduated in Management and Business administration at the University of Renes in France, before finishing her studies in Brussels with a Master’s Degree in European Studies and International Relations. She is fluent in Spanish, Romanian, English, French and Portuguese. In 2002 Rafaela became a partner of GIS GROUP, and in 2004 launched the group’s real-estate in Romania: Imoteca-The residential experts. This quickly became a local reference point as an intermediary in land deals and large commercial and residential developments.
With a passion for real estate, Rafaela built this estate agency business harnessing interest and support from a network of business partners, national and international buyers. The agency also provides valuable property management function and rental services. Imoteca’s evolution includes becoming a part of the Fine & Country network. Today, with more than 5000 units of exclusive housing stock and over 30 residential projects in the portfolio Imoteca is the fastest-growing company on the residential estate market. Currently Rafaela is mainly focused on both strategic and tactical business advice for investment funds and international and local developers.
