Mihai Truţă is responsible for implementing security information standards, data protection regulations and compliance at E.ON Romania, one of the most important players on the local market in the field of distribution and supply of energy (natural gas and electricity) for almost 3 mil. clients in the North side of the country – Transilvania, Moldova, Maramures and Banat.
With over 18 years of experience, in internal audit, risk management, ethics and compliance, internal control and information security, he currently occupies the role of Data Protection Officer, Information Security and Compliance, having as main objective to protect the information assets of E.ON companies, customers and partners, to ensure business continuity and minimize potential damage by preventing and minimizing the impact of potential security incidents.
