Mrs Stanciu (MBA, PhD) is an experienced executive/ management consultant, with a focus on renewable energies and telecomms. She is co-owner and director of Geoterm PDC SRL (www.geotermpdc.ro). In this capacity, she made a key contribution to developing and implementing Casa Solaris concept. Casa Solaris is a new housing concept, based on solar energy with seasonal storage, active and efficient (more info at www.casasolaris.ro).
Prior to Geoterm PDC, Mrs Stanciu held senior management roles in a leading telecomms provider, in Romania and abroad, for almost 15 years. She has a strong expertise in finance and commercial areas, with proven accomplishments and large projects brought to life.
She holds a MBA in Finance with Universite du Quebec a Montreal and a PhD in Telecomms with Universitatea Politehnica Bucuresti. She attended various programs in leadership (Erisma), executive coaching (Holden, UK), business management and technical areas.
Her spare time is devoted to painting, travelling and personal development. She cares about volunteer/ charity causes (children and education).
