With over 10 years of experience, Dragos Nedelea was involved in numerous projects, one of them for the Public Procurement Control and Verification Unit within the Ministry of Finance. He was involved in creating and developing the Public Sector Unit within Deloitte Audit, where he was involved in over 200 on-the-spot checks of public and private procurement procedures and helped helped the Ministry of European Funds in the anti-fraud checks necessary to unblock payments for SOPE and to mitigate the report with the European Commission. Another key objective in his career was the development of the Public Sector Department within Altex Romania. He is certified in Project Management, Public Acquisitions, Anti-fraud, Evaluation of EU-funded projects and Internal Audit.
Currently, he is responsible for shaping the TELEKOM Smart City portfolio and for the entire activity of the Business Development department, by developing strategies, managing the BDM team, assigning roles and building a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and creating business relationships.
