Diana is coordinating the CSR and Communications Projects at BASF Romania. During the past 13 years she rolled her sleeves up and helped various organizations in Europe and North America to set up their strategy, go through change to become more effective, and make a lasting impact in the community. “If you can’t measure it you can’t manage it” is the mantra that constantly pushed Diana to be both creative and strategic in the CSR projects that she was a part of, in various industries as well as the public sector and international organisations.
