Dan ROTARU

After 6 years of experience in the financial industry, Dan Rotaru established in 2014 a project dedicated to electric urban mobility. He brought the Ninebot start-up in Romania and in the next 4 years, after the fusion between Segway and Ninebot Inc., he developed the concept #movingwithoutpollution in the biggest cities of the country. 

#movingwithoutpollution is meant to encourage the active population of the main cities of Romania, to use electrical vehicles for their urban daily routes, as a solution to reducing traffic and lowering the level of CO2 emission in the environment. 

At the moment, once people have become more aware of the new non-polluting technologies, the project #movingwithoutpollution is heading into a new direction: the future!
