Andrei Botis is leading NAI Global in Romania, one of the top 5 global commercial real estate service providers. Andrei has been involved in land and commercial real estate investment in Romania for more than 10 years and is currently doing an MBA with the University of Wales. Andrei has strongly supported the Green Building concept in Romania contributing as a Research Partner for Romania Green Building Council and other private and public institutions. He is an active member of ANEVAR – the Romanian Association of Valuers – and teaches the “Financial Considerations of Green Buildings” course for the RoGBC’s Green Building Professional program.
