Luminita Gughea has over 10 years of experience in the financial-banking industry, with various positions in the sales sector, particularly in the field of leasing. After 8 years at General Electric, since 2015 she joined the ALD Automotive team – one of the leaders of the operating leasing industry, offering mobility services to multinational and local companies in Romania. As a Sales Manager, Luminita Gughea coordinates the Sales team that manages the existing client portfolio.
